What is TEAM?

A comprehensive program created to reduce administrative costs for participating financial institutions, The Education Asset Management (TEAM) Program allows smaller lenders to provide a full range of student loans. By joining Edsouth's TEAM, lenders are able to meet Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) obligations without incurring the origination and administrative costs associated with student loans.

Through TEAM, Edsouth obtains loan guarantees, funds loans, makes disbursements, meets compliance requirements and tracks borrowers. We contract quality customer service for borrowers and TEAM lenders through our servicing partner, Edfinancial Services.
