Bill Thompson is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Edsouth, with principal offices located at 104 North Seven Oaks Drive, Knoxville, TN 37922.  Prior to joining Edsouth and ESA, Mr. Thompson served as Senior Vice President and Loan Administrator for First Citizens National Bank where his primary responsibilities included creating and implementing loan policy, regional loan portfolio management, risk identification and management, managing a lending team, and chairing various credit committees.   Mr. Thompson recently served as a member of the board of directors for the Tennessee Banking Association Young Bankers Division, The Southeastern School of Banking, and the Southeastern School of Consumer Credit.  Mr. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis majoring in both finance and accounting.  He is also a graduate of the Southeastern School of Banking and Advanced Commercial Lending.
